Bülent Elçin Named Assistant General Manager (CSO) in Charge of Sales at PayTR
Bülent Elçin became PayTR’s Executive Vice President of Sales.

PayTR continues to strengthen its organizational structure with new appointments. Bülent Elçin, an experienced sales executive who will play an active role in the company’s growth targets, has been appointed as PayTR’s Assistant General Manager in charge of Sales.
Today, PayTR, which supports more than 150 thousand SMEs in their journey to grow their businesses by offering them the innovative payment solutions they need, continues to strengthen its management team and future strategies with the appointments it has made in its 15th year.
Bülent Elçin, PayTR’s new Assistant General Manager in charge of Sales, graduated from Bilkent University, Department of Business Administration and worked as Senior Category Manager at Real Hypermarkets Chain, Category Group Manager at Best Buy Turkey and Category Director at Hepsiburada. Between 2014 and 2023, Mr. Elçin served as CCO at eBay Turkey/GittiGidiyor, one of the largest marketplaces in e-commerce. As of November, Bülent Elçin is PayTR’s Chief Sales Officer (CSO), leading all sales and corporate sales teams.
Accelerating its growth targets with its investment partnership with Actera, Turkey’s largest private equity fund, in 2021, PayTR will continue its innovative work in 2025 within the scope of its focus on sustainable growth and further increasing its competitive power.
