(“Company”) aims to provide better service to you, our users, and as part of our obligation under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”), as the Data Controller, and the Law No. 6493 on Payment and Securities Settlement Systems, Payment Services, and Electronic Money Institutions, the Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications on the Internet and the Fight Against Crimes Committed Through These Publications, the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, and other related legislation; we collect and process your personal data in accordance with the laws mentioned below in order to fulfill our purposes and legal obligations. As before, these personal data will be processed and stored with the necessary security measures and for the periods prescribed by the Law, provided that they are not used outside of the purposes and scope determined by our Company, based on your explicit consent or the exceptions provided in the Law.
