As PayTR Payment and Electronic Money Institution Inc. (“Company”), we collect and process your personal data in accordance with the 6698 Personal Data Protection Law (“Law”) and in accordance with our obligations as a Data Controller, and in compliance with the 6493 Payment and Securities Settlement Systems, Payment Services, and Electronic Money Institutions Law, the 5651 Law on Regulation of Publications Made on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed Through These Publications, the 6563 Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, and other relevant legislation. The purpose is to fulfill the legal obligations and purposes listed below. As in the past, these personal data will be processed in accordance with the given explicit consent or exceptions granted under the Law and will be used solely for the purposes and scope determined by our Company, provided that necessary security measures are taken and retained for the periods prescribed by the Law.
