PayTR, one of the leading brands of the fintech sector, celebrated its 15th anniversary with all its employees in Izmir, where it was born.
The 15th anniversary celebration, which took place in September with the participation of all employees from all over Turkey, started with the welcome speeches of PayTR Chairman Yiğit Cengiz and PayTR CEO Merve Tezel. In the pleasant atmosphere of a summer night, a surprise 15th anniversary movie was screened, telling PayTR’s journey from the past to the present through the eyes of its employees.
For 15 years, PayTR has been accompanying the growth journey of SMEs by offering financial technologies in the field of payment. In 2021, PayTR accelerated its growth targets by establishing an investment partnership with Actera, Turkey’s largest private equity fund. In line with these goals, it continues to offer reliable products and services suitable for the needs of businesses with its team of 231 people today. PayTR’s product range includes new generation payment solutions such as Virtual POS, Physical POS, NeoPOS (Soft POS), Link Payment, Subscription Method and Marketplace Solutions.
One of the most important success stories in PayTR’s 15-year journey is that as a payment institution that has gained the trust of more than 150 thousand member merchants, it is the first brand that comes to mind in Virtual POS for medium and small businesses in a survey conducted this year.
