We operate with a hybrid working model. Together with our teams, we shape how we work based on team dynamics and role requirements. Some teams work from the office when needed, some follow a hybrid setup, and certain roles are fully remote. What matters most to us is not where people work from, but the impact of their work, team alignment, and contribution to processes.

Yes. We foster a workplace culture that values spending quality time together. Our working days are Monday to Friday, with working hours from 09:00 to 18:00. Taking ownership and delivering work on time and to a high standard are core expectations for us.

PayTR is a licensed payment institution founded in Izmir in 2009. Our headquarters is in Izmir, with a liaison office in Istanbul. Our offices are designed to support productivity and seamless communication. Creating modern, spacious, and accessible spaces that enable both focused work and social interaction was a key priority in our design process.

Transparency, sincerity, and a solution-oriented mindset are fundamental to our internal communication. Employees can easily reach their managers and teammates, and freely share ideas and feedback. We prioritise collaboration and mutual respect over rigid hierarchies.

We support every employee in shaping their own development journey. Through training opportunities, access to certification programs, mentoring support, internal trainings, and knowledge-sharing sessions, we strengthen both technical and personal growth. We also offer opportunities to gain experience across different areas by participating in cross-team projects. Most of our projects are delivered through the joint contribution of multiple teams. As a result, cross-team collaboration is a natural part of how we work. We hold regular project meetings, form working groups around shared goals, and actively use our communication channels. This keeps teams closely connected, accelerates processes, and brings together diverse perspectives to create stronger solutions.

We run a structured onboarding program called StartWell for all new joiners. Each department introduces its processes in detail. In addition, through the PayTR Buddy Program, we aim to ensure every employee starts their new career journey with confidence and strong support.

A career journey is a multi-dimensional process that we shape together based on an individual’s skills, interests, and potential. Over time, expertise may deepen, new responsibilities may be taken on, projects may be led, or transitions into different functions may occur. Our goal is to jointly identify the area where each employee can best leverage their strengths.

Our performance management process is built on a culture of continuous feedback. Throughout the year, employees and managers stay in open dialogue around goals, development areas, and expectations. During review cycles, goal achievement, competencies, and project contributions are assessed in a structured way. We see this process not as a retrospective evaluation, but as a forward-looking opportunity for growth.

We have designed our hiring process to be candidate-friendly. Following an application, an initial screening is conducted, after which competency-based and technical interviews are held depending on the role. Both role fit and cultural alignment are evaluated jointly by Human Resources and the relevant hiring managers. If the process progresses positively, we move to the offer stage after reference checks. Candidates are kept informed regularly throughout the process.

We determine our compensation policy fairly, based on market conditions, role responsibilities, individual skills, and internal balance.
